Lucknow: The second phase of polling has started in Uttar Pradesh. Voting is going on in 9 districts for 55 seats here today. 586 candidates have entered the fray from these 9 districts. Of these, 2.02 crore voters will exercise their vote for 55 assembly seats in Saharanpur, Bijnor, Moradabad, Sambhal, Rampur, Amroha, Badaun, Bareilly and Shahjahanpur districts.
