UP Election 2022: Over 57% voting reported in UP till 5pm
Voting begins for the third phase of Uttar Pradesh Elections. 59 assembly seats across 16 districts of the state going to polls.
Lucknow: After the completion of two phases of the UP Legislative Assembly, today in the third phase, votes will be cast in 59 seats in 16 districts. In the third phase, 2.15 crore voters will decide the fate of 627 candidates.
Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav's name is prominent among the candidates whose result will be locked in the EVMs in this third phase. In this phase, fate of many veterans including Akhilesh Yadav, SP Singh Baghel, Satish Mahana, Ramnaresh Agnihotri, Neelima Katiyar, Shivpal Singh Yadav, Lewis Khurshid, Ramveer Upadhyay, Congress leader Ajay Kapoor will be decided by voters.

Voting begins for third phase in UP.
Voting for the third phase of the assembly elections has started from 7 am today. There are three assembly seats in Hathras district, which include Hathras, Sikandrau and Sadabad. A total of 39 candidates are in the fray from all the three seats of the district.
At the same time, a total of 1403 three booths have been set up for voting, in which three model booths have been made and 05 pink booths have also been made. There are total 11 lakh 65 thousand 345 voters in the district, out of which 06 lakh 26 thousand 808 are male voters and 05 lakh 85 thousand 505 are female voters. Enthusiasm is being seen among the voters at the polling stations. The administration is also keeping an eye on every little thing.
