New Delhi: The campaign to connect people with self-employment through Khadi is being taken forward rapidly. In this era of modernity, the famous fashion designers of the country have been associated with Khadi to give Khadi a fashionable look and look.

Renowned Fashion Designers to Join the club:

A Khadi fashion-show will organize at Awadh Shilp Gram on the occasion of UP Day on 24th January. In the fashion show, model fashion designers Ritu Berry, Reena Dhaka, Manish Malhotra, Asma Hussain, Runa Banerjee will walk with the models wearing the Khadi clothing designed by Ramp.

UP Diwas celebration: A programe to showcase Awadh talent

Additional Chief Secretary, Khadi and Village Industries Dr. Navneet Sehgal informed that a grand exhibition of Khadi and Village Industries units on 24th January to 2nd February in Awadh Shilp Gram on Uttar Pradesh Day. Solar lights distribution in the program. In addition to this, two leaf machines distribution is in list.

To promote pottery art in the state, loan letters will to the potter chalk and beneficiaries. In addition, special units of the state will get award. Apart from this, 75 stalls of one district-one product (ODOP) will also install in Awadh Shilp Gram. In this, products having special identity of all the districts available for display and sale.

Dr. Sehgal said that Khadi fashion organized in previous years, which highly appreciated. The main objective of this type of event is to connect the youth with Khadi. Due to these efforts of the government, Khadi is becoming popular among the youth today.
