'Hawan Karenge' moment for Mulayam-Akhilesh supporters

Lucknow: Samajwadi Party (SP) workers on Saturday performed a 'Hawan' and offered prayers at Lord Hanuman temple here with a hope that the tiff among the Yadav family ends soon.

Party workers headed by Arvind Shukla aka Pintoo offered prayers at the famous Hanuman Temple and wished for the things to become normal between SP Chief Mulayam Singh Yadav and Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav.

It may be mentioned that Samajwadi Party is on the verge of a split between Akhilesh and Mulayam ahead of the UP Assembly elections 2017.

Several senior leaders including Azam Khan tried their best to make way for a settlement but Yadav clan is on the boil with Amar Singh and Ramgopal Yadav allegedly playing a key role in the family tussle.
