SP is only concerned about only one community: Yogi Adityanath

Bahraich: Taking the cue from the speech of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Fatehpur on Sunday, Bharatiya Janata Party firebrand leader Yogi Adityanath accused Samajwadi Party in Uttar Pradesh of discrimination on religious grounds.

“It is for everyone to see how Akhilesh Yadav government extended facilities to members of one particular community, leaving others high and dry,” the Gorakhpur MP said on Monday while addressing an election meeting here.

Questioning SP, Yogi said why Kanya Vidya Dhan is only given to particular community.

What else Yogi Adityanath said?

  • If kabristaan (burial grounds) are there, the ‘shamshaan(cremetion grounds) should also be there
  • It is under the regime of Samajwadi Party government that one community is not even permissioned to erect any religious centre even on his own land. While on the other hand, state government will not do anything if mausoleum will be made on public place.
  • The devotees of Godess Durga were stopped while they failed to prevent hoopla of Muharram.
  • The power reaches to Mazar’s 24/7 but when it comes to temples, they stay mum over the cutting of electricity.

Taking on Samajwadi Party and Bahujan Samaj Party, Adityanath said both parties are concerned about only one community and want votes only from it only.
