Bharatiya Janata Party’s MLA from Mughal Sarai, Sadhana Singh has made a controversial remark on Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) supremo Mayawati at a rally in her constituency.
Lucknow: Bharatiya Janata Party’s MLA from Mughal Sarai, Sadhana Singh has made a controversial remark on Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) supremo Mayawati at a rally in her constituency.
Talking about the guest house scandal, Sadhana Singh called Mayawati “a person worse than a eunuch”.
It is to be mentioned that Sadhna Singh was giving the controversial comment on Mayawati in front of BJP's state general secretary Pankaj Singh.
While addressing the rally, Sadhna Singh referred to an incident that took place in 1995, where Mayawati with other BSP leaders was attacked by Samajwadi Party workers.
Singh further said that due to Draupadi’s “chirharan” (disrobing), Mahabharata took place, but today, Mayawati is compromising with the perpetrators who did her “chirharan”. Singh accused Mayawati of “selling her dignity for power” and said that she has no self-respect.
Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav and BSP leader Satish Chandra Mishra slammed Sadhna Singh for her disputed remark on Mayawati.
Yadav stated that the kind of abusive language BJP MLA has used for Mayawati is grossly condemnable. This type of language is not only showing the moral values of BJP but this disputed comment is also an insult to all the women of the country.
Reacting to Sadhana Singh’s remarks, BSP leader Satish Chandra Mishra said, “The words she used for our party chief shows the level of BJP. After the announcement of this coalition (SP-BSP), BJP leaders have lost their mental balance & they should be admitted to mental hospitals in Agra and Bareilly.”
