UP Polls: After Arindman, another SP MLA Kuldeep joins BJP
Lucknow: Ditching his party ahead of the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections, Samajwadi Party MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar, close aide of Rural Development minister Arvind Singh Gope, on Monday, has joined Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
Earlier, SP MLA Raja Mahendra Arindman Singh and wife Rani Pakshalika Singh turned rebel for the party, when they joined BJP. About two dozen SP MLAs are planning to join other parties, said sources.
Interestingly, both Kuldeep and Arindman have got tickets from both warring factions of Mulayam Singh Yadav and Akhilesh Yadav. But, despite the fact, they left SP.
