UP Polls 2017: Anger in voters of Mainpuri, boycott voting

Mainpuri: The Karhal assembly constituency of the Baijnathpur village , here, witnessed anger among the voters as they boycott voting on Sunday.

The electorate of Karhal area of the constituency expressed their disappointment for having no developmental work being done in their village and stated, since their votes do not benefit their own village, they would not vote for any candidate.

It could be mentioned that the voters in the village who have boycotted the elections complained lack of development and said that when our votes does not contribute to our society it is non beneficial to vote for any candidate.

Voting for four constituencies of the district namely Mainpuri, Bhongaon, Kishni and Karhal has been started and the results will be declared on March 11.
