PM Modi and Amit Shah are power hungry: Mayawati

Kushinagar: Coming down heavily on Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) supremo Mayawati asked why Uttar Pradesh did not turn into 'Uttam' Pradesh during the regime of the BJP. PM Modi and Amit Shah are power hungry, she added.

"Why milk and ghee did not flow during the rule of the saffron party. Success has gone to his PM Modi's head," said Mayawati while addressing an election meeting here.

Mayawati said the BJP has the tendency of playing politics on the name of nationalism and terrorism.
