FIR registered against BJP MP Sakshi Maharaj in Unnao

Mainpuri: Bharatiya Janata Party MP from Unnao Sakshi Maharaj is again in news for bad reasons. He is alleged of threatening to shoot the police. A case has reportedly been filed against him in this regard at the Bicchwa police station in Manipuri district on May 5.

The FIR

SHO Jitendra Kumar, has filed a complaint on which police have registered an FIR against him under Section 153 (causing provocation to cause riot), 505 (1) (b) (intent to cause fear or alarm to the public) and 506 (for criminal intimidation).

Sakshi has made a speech at BJP worker Maidan Singh's house in Fardpur village of the district on May 3, where he had reportedly said that the police would face the bullet.

The police had conducted a raid on his house in connection with spurious liquor trade. What Sakshi has to say Sakshi alleged that the cops had entered Maidan Singh's house without female constables and reportedly misbehaved wish Singh's two daughters.

A video of Maharaj with the two girls has gone viral in which one of the girls appear to unbutton her jeans, to show him the wounds.
