Youth for Humanity holds summer camp for underprivileged children

Lucknow: An Uttar Pradesh-based NGO, Youth for Humanity, successfully organised a seven-day long summer camp for underprivileged children – 'Summer Safari 2018' here.

The NGO founders Himanshu Mishra, Sajal Bajpai and Shreya Singh concluded the camp, which was joined by more than 80 children, on Sunday evening with the grand finale.

The chief guest for the evening was Lucknow Mayor Sanyukta Bhatia and the guest of honour was Founder Rightwalk Foundation and Bharat Abhyudaya Foundation Samina Bano.

The activities from Day 1 to Day 6 included self defense and boxing, general studies, music, dance, art and crafts, and sports.

The children were provided with juice and snacks every day. Various cultural and non-cultural performances were presented by the children in the Finale.

The trophies for Outstanding Performances during the event were given to Vrishti Pandey and Vikas. Youth for Humanity also acknowledged Amit Bhatt and Pooja Mishra as the Star Members of the event.
