Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath caused a flutter when he said that the complainants were put to harassment by Dial 100 personnel.

Addressing the north region police coordination meeting attended by DGPs or northern states as well as heads of various central organizations. The meeting was organized under the Aegis of Dial 100.

While complimenting the functioning of one of the most ambitious projects of Uttar Pradesh government, the CM said Dial 100 catered well to vast population of the state. He, however, put a rider suggesting to guard against such complaints of harassment.

Asserting the Law and Order always remained top priority of his government, Yogi said the Dial 100 mechanism augered well to immediate redressal of public complaints.
