Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav stated on Tuesday that Samajwadi Party will officially announce the final decision on alliance with the congress within two to three days.

While addressing media in the capital city of Uttar Pradesh, Yadav also said that the party would release the assembly candidates' list with compiled names of assembly candidates suggested by him and Mulayam Singh Yadav by the end of this week.

UP CM also stated that the rally that had to take place on January 19 has been kept on hold as there was less time left for the polls and SP had still not decided its final list of candidates who would contest the elections.

"I would finalise the candidates' list by today", said UP CM also stating that there is still time to take final decision regarding haring same dias with Rahul Gandhi."

He, however, stated that Dimple Yadav would be the star campaigner for the Samajwadi Party in upcoming assembly election.
