Man gets capital punishment for beheading minor girl

Shahjahanpur: District court in Shahjahanpur on Wednesday pronounced capital punishment for a man who had beheaded a 10-year-old child three years ago. Court said it had enough evidences against Feroz who brutally killed the minor girl.

• Incident took place on August 16, 2013
• Afreen, a class 5th student, was on her way to school located at Jalal Nagar area in Shahjahanpur at the time of the incident
• Feroz stopped the girl in midway and beheaded her with a spade
• A case was registered against him on complaint of family members
• The bench of Justice Gopal Upadhyay found the crime extremely heinous
• Court ruled capital punishment for Feroz after having enough evidences to claim him guilty
