LMRC removes posters on its property under Clean Metro-Green Metro drive
During the drive the posters/advertisements were removed from the Metro pillars of the entire North-South corridor. It had earlier come to notice that few advertising agencies, local vendors and other organizations were using these Metro pillars for advertising purpose without Lucknow Metro’s consent.
Lucknow: In line with Lucknow Metro’s vision of ‘Clean Metro-Green Metro’ LMRC team conducted a special drive to clean the Metro pillars and property off unauthorised advertisements and hoardings. Lucknow Metro Rail Corporation (LMRC), yesterday (i.e. on February, 7, 2019) conducted this drive from Chaudhary Charan Singh (CCS) Airport to Munshipulia.
During the drive the posters/advertisements were removed from the Metro pillars of the entire North-South corridor. It had earlier come to notice that few advertising agencies, local vendors and other organizations were using these Metro pillars for advertising purpose without Lucknow Metro’s consent. Lucknow Metro had to conduct this drive when even after repeated requests the posters/hoardings were not taken off.
Lucknow Metro is leaving no stone unturned to be ready for its commercial operations from CCS Airport to Munshipulia soon.
