The FIR has been registered against Mayawati, Ram Achal Rajbhar, Mewalal, Naseemuddin Siddiqui and others.

Retaliating to the allegations made by Swati Singh, the wife of Dayashanker Singh, blue brigade chief said why Swati did not come to my support when her husband made derogatory remarks against her and the party workers have done to teach Dayashankar a lesson while on the other hand Swati has expressed life threat from the BSP workers.
