Five years back FICCI flo Lucknow and Kanpur conceived the idea of starting Ficci flo Up women awards to encourage and empower women in various sectors of work and society it is highly encouraging to see that we have a huge repertoire of women entrepreneurs ,farmers ,social workers directors ,artist in our society.

Lucknow: Five years back FICCI flo Lucknow and Kanpur conceived the idea of starting Ficci flo Up women awards to encourage and empower women in various sectors of work and society it is highly encouraging to see that we have a huge repertoire of women entrepreneurs ,farmers ,social workers directors ,artist in our society.

FICCI had planned these Awards on March 15 2020 but had to postpone this due to COVID 19 situation. FLO is an ever evolving organisation and here is how we have turnaround a challenge into an opportunity and created the same process in a virtual medium.

With an overwhelming participation from from across the state it was difficult to choose the finalists from among the 500 applicants to 19 finalists were selected to make their presentation pitch to a panel of esteemed jury members who were a mix of very successful people from various feternity They were -Sunita Aron

-Archana Garodia Gupta

-Jayant Krishna

-Yatendra Mishra

Three virtual rooms were created for a closed door presentation by the finalists and the jury panel evaluated the pitches online and scored on various parameters. With a very logical and mathematical equation done by a professional data analyst, the jury scores have been tabulated to bring out the best amongst the finalists.

FLO is bringing to you an innovative way to give away the most coveted awards on a virtual platform. I am sure this will be an exemplary and pioneering initiative of adapting and being responsive to the current times.
