Advocate shot dead in broad day light in Pratapgarh

Pratapgarh: In a broad day light murder, an advocate was shot dead by bike-borne assailants near Chandrshekhar area at Ojha ka Purva locality in Pratapgarh district of Uttar Pradesh.

Jawahar Lal Mishra (50) died on the spot, said police sources.

Lawyers staged protest:

Enraged with the murder of colleague, lawyers in large numbers staged a protest by blocking the road in front of police line.
