New Delhi: Union Minister Ajay Mishra Teni's son Ashish Mishra has got bail from the Allahabad High Court in the Lakhimpur violence case. On getting bail to Ashish Mishra in the election environment, now the question is arising whether any party will benefit from this.

Ashish Mishra gets bail:

Eight people, including four farmers, were killed in violence during the farmers' protest against agricultural laws on October 3 last year in Tikunia Nighasan assembly constituency. Ajay Mishra Teni's son Ashish was arrested as the main accused in this case.

Lakhimpur Kheri Violence:

In the case of violence, the SIT had filed a charge sheet. In this 5000-page chargesheet, Ashish Mishra , son of the Union Minister of State for Home, has been made the main accused. A total of 16 people including Ashish Mishra have been made accused. On October 3 last year, eight people were killed during clashes between the supporters of Ashish Mishra and the farmers.


The investigator has made other accused including Ashish Mishra accused of murder. According to the chargesheet, the farmers who were protesting under a well-planned conspiracy were crushed by jeeps and SUVs.

In the investigation, the SIT found 17 scientific evidences, seven physical evidences and 24 video photos, which increased the difficulties of the accused. Apart from this, 208 people testified. On this basis, the SIT has written its charge sheet. Witnesses told the SIT that the minister's son Ashish was present at the spot. A case has been registered against Ashish Mishra and his associates under several serious sections including murder, attempt to murder on the basis of the complaint given by the farmers.
