Kanpur: Full speed car rammed into a tree at flyover, all dead

Kanpur: No one remained alive when a full speed car rammed into the tree at the service road of Bhauti Ruma flyover in Kanpur on Monday night.

Police immediately reached the spot as soon as they were informed.

All the five boys who were aged between 20-25 were immediately taken to Hallet hospital, by Samajwadi ambulance, but were declared dead by the doctors.

According to Station Officer Dharmendra Singh, "The boys were drunk. The bodies have been sent for postmortem."

  • The car belonged to Kailash Nath, resident of Barra.
  • The car was taken away from the spot with the help of JCB.

The deceased were identified as :

  • Kislaya Mishra (22).
  • Ankit (24).
  • Tejas Mishra (24).
  • Sumit Sachan (22).
  • Puneet Prajapati (24).
