A new twist to Mainpuri girl's tale,media blamed
Etah: The story about Sakshi Maharaj Bhartiya Janta Party MP from Unnao that he asked a girl to unbutton her jeans in public took a new turn on Saturday when the girl and her sister blamed media for the entire episode.
According to the girl:
- The cops had entered Maidan Singh's house without female constables and tried to molest her and her sister.
- The girl and her sister have accused media for maligning the image of Sakshi ji Maharaj.
- They allege that media forced them to unbutton her jeans and show the wound.
The incident:
On April 30 in Mainpuri, police conducted a raid on Maidan Singh's house in connection with spurious liquor trade. They entered the house without female constable and tried to molest the girl and her sister.
