Jaipuria Institute of Management Lucknow organizes 10-days Management Development programme

Jaipuria Institute of Management Lucknow is organizing a 10-days Management Development programme (MDP) on Managerial Excellence for the Assistant Managers and Junior Engineers of Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation (UPMRC) at the Centre of Excellence for Training, Transport Nagar, Lucknow from October 18-28, 2021. The first day of training started on October 18, 2021 with the inauguration, introduction, address by Dr. Vir Ved Ratna, Chairperson - EEC, Dr. Kavita Pathak - Director Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow, and address by officials of UPMRC.

The first batch consists of 43 participants. Further there were sessions on Speaking with Confidence by Prof. Kajal Srivastava, and on Business Meeting & Writing Skills by Prof. Abha Dixit.

The Training programme will cover various important aspects of Communication, Customer Service Essentials, and Human Resource Management.

Mr. Prashant Dubey, Principal & DGM at COET UPMRC explained the basic objective of the training programme. He informed the participants about the Jaipuira Institute's NIRF rank in 2021 and congratulated Director Dr Kavita Pathak on this achievement.

Mr. Swadesh Singh, GM - Operations at UPMRC said, "This programme is a new initiative which will be really beneficial for the new joiners at UPMRC. This is not the first time we have collaborated with Jaipuria Institute of Management Lucknow. This will further strengthen our relations with the institute for years to come".
