You sure have heard of the phrase, "Justice delayed is justice denied". Rightly, the phrase points out the loopholes in our judicial system, where convicts take advantage of long proceedings and think they can commit any crime and could come out on bail. To burst this fallacy among people our law has to be strict and speedy so that everyone fear before doing any such crime.
