Agra: Massive fire broke out at Hotel Jigyasa located at the Sadar Bhatti area of the Taj city on Wednesday morning. There were several people including few foreigners inside the hotel rooms.

At least 20 fire brigade vehicles rushed to the spot to douse the massive flames.

Police and local authorities reached the spot immediately and cordoned off the area. Fortunately, no casualty was reported as people were successfully evacuated.

Eye witnesses say that fire initially broke out at the inflammatory material kept at the basement of the hotel that engulfed the entire building within no time.
