Hoax call to blow up Charbagh Station in Lucknow

Lucknow: Security men swooped upon Charbagh railway station in the state capital following a bomb threat on late Tuesday night.

Railway sources said that the threat to blow Lucknow's Charbagh Station was made through a phone call from Jharkhand which was received in the control room.

Railway officials, however, said that these were just rumours spread by some mischievous elements and there is no substance in it.

Meanwhile, security has been tightened on all trains and railway station.
