Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee President Ajay Kumar Lallu got bail from the Lucknow Bench of Allahabad High Court. On May 19, Hazratganj police arrested Ajay Kumar Lallu after reaching Agra. He was accused of giving a fake list of 1000 buses to bring migrant laborers back to UP. Last Friday, Ajay Kumar Lallu did not get relief from the Lucknow bench of Allahabad High Court and summoned the case diary of the case on 16 June.

After trying a lot bail granted:

The Congress tried a lot in the sessions court for the bail of the Congress state president arrested since May 19. Ajay Kumar could not get bail at that time. The Congress continued to struggle for the bail of its state president and for this. A Congress delegation also met Governor Anandi Ben Patel and complained to the state government officials.

The Congress continued to attack the Yogi government over this matter. Congress party said that the government deliberately created this conspiracy. The Congress had also demonstrated across the state in the last days regarding the release of Ajay Kumar Lallu. Explain that a case was filed against Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, Private Secretary Sandeep Singh, State Congress President Ajay Kumar Lallu and others for cheating.

A UP government spokesperson had said that a case has been registered against Priyanka's personal secretary Sandeep Singh, Uttar Pradesh Congress President Ajay Kumar Lallu and others on a complaint by Transport Officer RP Trivedi at Hazratganj Kotwali.
