Explosive in UP Assembly: ATS grills SP MLA Manoj Pandey

Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) on Saturday interrogated 15 people, including Samawadi Party (SP) legislator Manoj Pandey, in process of investigation of the explosive found inside the Vidhan Sabha.

Another SP MLA Anil Dohre is next in the ATS list to be interrogated on Monday. Apart from him, the probing agency would also enquire about half-a-dozen UP legislators who sit nearby seat no. 80 in the Vidhan Sabha.

The ATS, however, has yet not revealed the names of the legislators whom it will grill in the coming days. The officials of the probing agency have already recorded the statements of 15 officers and employees of the Vidhan Sabha.

The ATS is checking all the 23 cameras installed inside the UP Assembly to trace the person who brought the explosive there.
