Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has deeply mourned the death of migrant workers in a road accident in Auraiya. He has expressed his condolences to the bereaved family. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has approved financial assistance of 2 lakh rupees to the family of each deceased and Rs 50 thousand to those seriously injured in this accident.

He has directed the authorities to provide all possible relief to the victims and provide proper treatment to all the injured. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, while determining the responsibility of this incident, has ordered that both the Border Headquarters of the border be suspended immediately. At the same time, strict warnings should be given to the officers in charge of the said police station area.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that immediate explanation should be taken of SSP and Additional SP of Mathura and SSP and Additional SP of Agra district. Along with this, ADG Agra Zone and IG Agra Zone should also be clarified in this case.

The Chief Minister has also directed both truck owners to file charges under relevant sections of IPC and seize both trucks.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has re-emphasized on all border areas that no person should run with unsafe means of trucks.

Now the total number of confirmed cases in the country has crossed 85 thousand. Out of this, 26 thousand 235 people have been cured, while 2752 people have lost their lives. There were 3722 new cases and 134 deaths in the last 24 hours. Also, 1894 patients have recovered after treatment.
