Lucknow: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that due to caution at different levels in the last three years, there has been a 60 percent reduction in infection of Encephalitis. 90 percent deaths due to this happened. For this, various activities were conducted by the state government through interdepartmental coordination. The health department was made the nodal department.

Availability of Nutrition for needy:

Apart from this, actions were taken by the departments of Medical Education, City Development, Panchayati Raj, Basic Education, Child Development and Nutrition. Under this, work was done to strengthen cleanliness, awareness, campaign against open defecation, availability of nutrition, primary community and district hospitals.

Micro-management of all activities was done. The Chief Minister said that apart from this, the system of surveillance was strengthened.

Anganwadi workers and Asha workers sent any child to primary or community health centers on fever. Ambulance arrangements were strengthened for this. Physicians and paramedical staff were trained.

So that immediate treatment of patients can be started on the basis of symptoms. This provided timely medical care to children sick with encephalitis, which controlled the spread of infection and mortality.

The Chief Minister said that similar effective arrangements need to be made in the transition of covid-19. He said that this time of disaster is an occasion in which administrative machinery and health warriors can demonstrate their work efficiency and strengthen public confidence in themselves.

The number of corona patients in India crossed three lakhs in Mid June. More than 11 thousand cases were reported in the last 24 hours. At the same time, the number of dead increased. According to new figures, there are a total of 3,32,424 cases of corona in the country.
