CM Yogi’s advisory fail to sustain for an ARTO officer

Lucknow: With appointment of Yogi Adityanath as the CM, Uttar Pradesh is witnessing the surge of new rules and regulations being imposed on the government officials.

On one hand some officials are optimistic about the new changes from delivering punctuality to the new formal dress code, while some seem quite irritated with such decisions.

In Barabanki district of the state, an ARTO of Transportation Department, Umashankar Yadav was seen chewing paan (Tobacco) while giving a bite to the media, thus violating the advisory issued by CM Yogi Adityanath.

It could be mentioned that the employees of the government offices were restricted, by the UP CM, from consuming any form of tobacco or any similar products while on duty. The list of his instructions also covers that no spitting was allowed inside the annexe as cleanliness is foremost.

The ARTO Officer was not only chewing Paan but was also spotted wearing jeans while checking the commuting vehicles thus defying another regulation of the new government. The booked drivers also reported that Umashankar Yadav was illegaly extorting money from them. SDM Barabanki Sunil Verma and Circle Officer city along with heavy police force were also present at the site.
