BJP made Yogi Adityanath UP CM to push RSS agendas: Mayawati
Lucknow: Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) Supremo Mayawati on Sunday said that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) made Yogi Adityanath as the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh to implement the agendas of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS).
Talking to reporters for the first time after the announcement of new Chief Minister, Mayawati said that the Bharatiya Janata Party ditched Brahmins and Backward Class people.
She said, "BJP gathered votes of Other Backward Caste by advancing Keshav Prasad Maurya in the party and assuring him the CM post in rallies."
Mayawati said that leaders and the BSP supporters have boycotted the oath taking ceremony as a mark of protest against the elevation of Yogi as the chief minister.
