Lucknow, Broadsiding the opposition, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that the BJP at the Centre and the state level have eradicated the 'Malaise' spread by the previous governments.

Taking on the rivals, CM Yogi, while addressing the 'Samajik Pratinidhi Sammelan' at Lucknow on Friday said, "Before 2014, there was dissatisfaction and distrust in the country. There was a new scam every day. Previous Govts had nothing to do with the development but for the furtherance to their selfish designs."

Stating that Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 'Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas' was not merely a slogan but a reality, the CM said, "We have worked for the development of all without any discrimination or indulging in appeasement like others. Had the opposition catered to all sections without any discrimination, the scenario, today, would have been different. They won't have been voted out of power."

According to the CM, a good government plays a vital role in providing good guidance to the citizens of the state. People must know that BJP works in the interest of building a good society. It is dedicatedly fulfilling all the promises made to the 24 crore one by one and is committed towards the development of farmers, women and the poor.

Emphasising that the state government functioned with full dedication to fulfil the goal set by the BJP Govt, he said, "Today everyone has been given housing, toilets, gas, electricity without any caste, religion and regional bias in UP. No criminal can dare to forcibly take possession of any farmer's land. The previous government did not want to construct houses for the poor and even obstructed the Centre's plan to provide 'Pucca' houses to the beneficiaries."

The CM also requested the public to give decisive verdict in 2022 as the previous government which could not stand by you in bad times was not worth anything. "Therefore, it is the responsibility of every citizen to know the difference between a good and bad government. And then choose what is beneficial for them," asserted CM Yogi.

No One Can Indulge in Anti- national and Anti-social activities while BJP in the power

While addressing the gathering, the Chief Minister said that PM Modi had put the last nail in the coffin of terrorism. Earlier, in August 2019, the Narendra Modi government scrapped Article 370 paving the way for all provisions of the Constitution to be extended to Jammu and Kashmir.

Talking about terrorism, the CM said that today no one could dare to indulge in anti-national and anti -social activities. " Now, Pakistan and China can not infiltrate into India's borders. If they do, then the Indian army will give a befitting reply to them," he challenged.

He alleged that the SP Government always worked for terrorists and terrorism. "During previous regime, the cases against terrorists used to be withdrawn. Today, under the BJP Govt, no one has the courage to plan any attack," he added.

BJP Govt's zero-tolerance policy towards crime and criminals has shown positive results in the past four and a half years. There was a time when the power used to be a slave of mafias, today the bulldozer of our government runs on them, he added.

SP Was 'Ramdrohi', Lord Ram Will Never Forgive Them

Continuing his attack on Samajwadi Party, Yogi said, "Had there been a BJP Govt, no one would have dared to open fire at Ram Bhakts in November 1990. They were 'Ramdrohi (Anti-Ram)' who ordered firing at Ram Sewaks for vote-bank. Lord ram will never forgive them."

Under the guidance of PM Modi, the wait of 500 years for the construction of the Grand Ram Mandir is going to be over. Once constructed, Ram Mandir will be the most magnificent in the world.

It is worth mentioning that the foundation stone of medical college is going to be laid in Ghazipur on November 9, 2021.

What else CM Yogi said:

- SP Govt was all about loot. For them, self-development was the biggest priority. There has been a riot in Mau in 2005, no action was taken by the then govt. In fact, the FIR was also not registered

- Free vaccine was provided to all across various sections

- Utmost priority is given to rule of law

- Backward Classes Commission given constitutional recognition

- The intentions of the previous governments were bad, they did not want to serve the interest of the society.
