BJP Chief Amit Shah warns party MPs not to skip Parliament

Shahjahanpur: Taking potshots at the ruling Samajwadi Party (SP) in Uttar Pradesh, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) President Amit Shah on Saturday said that it is only his party which could give ‘gunda mukt sarkar’ in the state.

“It is for everyone to see that law and order in UP is at abysmally low and there is no respite from the crime and criminals here,” he said while addressing a parivartan rally here.

Making a strong case of BJP government in UP, the BJP President said it is need of the hour to rid Uttar Pradesh of rampant corruption and blatant criminalisation of politics.

After having gone through a turbulent period of 15 years under governance of BSP and SP, the magnificent state of Uttar Pradesh now deserves clean and efficient government which only BJP can provide, he added.

What else Shah said?

  • Uncle Shivpal Singh Yadav and nephew Akhilesh Yadav should put a stop on the drama over the coalition of Mukhtar Ansari's Quami Ekta Dal's (QED) with the SP.
  • If a list of most corrupt people made, Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) Mayawati would undoubtedly top the list.
  • Chief Minister of UP is planning to form government with a party, whose Vice-President Rahul Gandhi does not even know that potatoes are grown in farmlands not in factories.
  • In its ten year regime, Congress did one thing with perfection i.e. corruption while Narendra Modi government has no such charge over it.
  • Why parties including Congress, BSP and SP are silent over the issue of triple talak.
  • There must be abolition of triple talak.

“Those who were questioning the government regarding its efforts over black money have become a reason behind frequent Parliament adjournments post-demonetisation,” said Amit Shah.
