Allahabad: The Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (ACJM) court here on Wednesday has admitted for hearing a petition against Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and ordered listing of case on March one next.

Petitioner Pramod pandey, an advocate, has urged the court to terminate the membership of Rahul and Kejriwal from Lok Sabha and Delhi assembly and try them for sedition.

What Is the issue:

Rahul Gandhi and Arvind kejriwal had visited the JNU campus after arrest of JNU students Union president Kanhaiya Kumar for raising anti-national slogans.

What said in the petition:

The petitioner said anyone who supported likes of Kanhaiya Kumar should also be treated as criminal as commpalice in the crime under section 120(B) of IPC.

The memberships of both the leaders should be terminated from respective houses as their conduct amounted to sedition.
