AAP moves Allahabad HC to show black flag to PM Narendra Modi

Allahabad: Two leaders of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has filed a writ petition in the high court on Thursday, seeking for the permission from the district administration to demonstrate black flag toPrime Minister, Narendra Modi on his arrival to Allahabad on June 12 and 13, 2016.

The petition has been filed by Sanjay Singh, National spoke person of Aam Aadmi party and Shimla Shri, member of National council of AAP. The petitioners have also prayed to declare section 124-A of IPC, as unconstitutional.

The counsel for the petitioner, Arvind kumar Tripathi said that he will make a mention in the court for taking up the caseon Friday.

The petition alleged that public of the state is fed up with the policy of the central government and thus the public is ready to show black flag to Modi under the banner of Aam Aadmi Party to register protest.
