Deoria: Firebrand Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Yogi Adityanath on Tuesday targeted the Samajwadi Party-Congress alliance over its 'Kaam Bolta Hai' slogan saying that Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav's development is only limited to 'burial grounds'.

Addressing an election rally here, the BJP MP from Gorakhpur said, "SP has no agenda to contest the UP elections, except the Muslim vote bank agenda. The party's development claims are only limited to graveyards."

He also took a dig at the recent feud within the Yadav clan, saying, "Akhilesh himself kicked out his father Mulayam Singh Yadav from party leadership to become the SP president. His acts against his father and uncle clearly exhibited his hunger for power. After going through this bitter feud in the family, no parents will aver name their son 'Akhilesh'."

Yogi also questioned Akhilesh on forming an alliance with Congress, saying, "If your 'work speaks', what was the need of boarding the drowning boat of Congress?" adding, "You befriended with your father's opponent because you could clearly see the approaching defeat in the elections."

"Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi is the brand ambassador of defeats. Wherever he has campaigned so far, Congress has been wiped out there," Yogi Adityanath pointed out.

He also criticised Mayawati-led Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) saying, " Kanshi Ram established BSP for development of poor and Dalits. But now everybody knows that who is suppressing their voice."
