Agra: While crossbow has been emerging as famous sport all over the world, India too is ready to play with 'Arrows'. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav, on Thursday, launched Indian version of the sport 'Desi Dhanush' in an International level Crossbow event at Agra's Eklavya Sports Stadium. He also inaugurated the 'logo' and 'jersy' for the game.

The event was the idea of Rajat Vij, a national level crossbow player and the member of Indian Crossbow Shooting Association, also a resident of Agra. UP Chief Minister was welcomed by the Vice President of World Crossbow Association Patricia Copley. Yadav also showed his love for sports by shooting the target with other International crossbow players at the event.
