Three feet long cobra rescued by Wildlife SOS in Agra

Agra: A 3-ft long cobra was rescued by the Wildlife Save our Soul (SOS) rescue team from the district administration office of Astha city in Agra in Uttar Pradesh.

The highly venomous reptile was found to be in good health and was released back to its natural habitat shortly after.

* Members of the office staff discovered the snake hiding amidst some stored equipment.

  • They immediately informed the SOS wildlife helpline.

    * A two member rescue team was quickly dispatched to the location.

"The cobra was about 3 foot long and had taken up shelter inside the office room. It has been released back into the wilds,” Vet Dr Yaduraj said.
