BJP leaders tend to ignite riots in the country: Shivpal Yadav

Etawah: Taking a dig at the Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP), senior Samajwadi Party (SP) leader Shivpal Singh Yadav on Saturday said the party failed to deliver its promises in the last two years and that its leaders only tended to ignite riots across the country for political benefit.

“The BJP could never stand on its promises, whereas SP had successfully delivered all of its poll promises in just four years of rule. The BJP members only tend to give rise to riots for their own political benefit and they have been doing the same in Uttar Pradesh. Moreover, everyone knows that the Jawaharbagh squatters received training from the volunteers of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). BJP also tried to ignite the Hindu exodus issue in Kairana when not any one family had migrated from the region,” said Shivpal in a meeting at district corporative bank of Etawah in UP.

What else Shivpal said:

  • When asked about BJP’s promise of holding a ‘hawan’ at Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, Shivpal said the party was full of liars.
  • BJP leaders start blowing their own trumpet as the elections come closer.
  • Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been deceiving the people of Varanasi and UP.
  • SP is already a strong party and becoming stronger by the passing time.
