2 dead, dozen injured as fire breaks out in glass factory

Firozabad: At least two persons have lost their lives and 12 others sustained injuries when fire broke out at a glass manufacturing factory in Firozabad's Rasulpur.

Fire tenders, however, reached the spot in no time on Monday.

According to the workers, teen shade had fallen to the gas pipe line following which several of them were buried under the debris and fire broke out.

Factory owner Vikash Mittal said he is unaware about the reason of the fire.
