Washington: Donald Trump's wordy war with the media reached new heights, on Tuesday, when he said "the press should be ashamed" for writing unchecked reports.

Throughout 40-minute interaction with British media-persons, Trump accused them of being ‘unbelievably dishonest’ in their treatment of him.

The presumptive Republican presidential nominee had previously declined to disclose all charities he had received and claimed to have raised.During the press-meet he disclosed names of 41 charities he had helped.

"I sent people checks of a lot of money. ... And instead of being like, 'Thank you very much, Mr. Trump,' or 'Trump did a good job,' everyone's saying: ’Who got it?' And you make me look very bad," Trump complained. "I have never received such bad publicity for doing such a good job," stated the Republican Presidential front-runner.

Trump repeatedly insisted that he didn't want any ‘credit’ for the contributions.
