New Delhi: In an attempt to change its ‘anti-Muslim’ image, a Rashtriya Swayamsevak associated group named Muslim Rashtriya Manch (MRM) will be hosting a grand ‘Iftar’ feast on July 2 next in the national capital.

Ambassadors of several countries including Pakistan have been invited at the event which is aimed at spreading the message of brotherhood and communal harmony as well as making India a ‘riot-free’ nation.

“We want to tell the world about the kind of nation India is and urge people from all communities to lead a peaceful life,” said leader and patron of the manch Indresh Kumar.

Other highlights:

The Rashtriya Muslim Manch has requested its members to host ‘iftar parties’ and invite people from all communities.

Kumar has urged the community members to plant Tulsi saplings in their houses to worship it and control pollution.

Earlier, MRM had organised an Iftar party for some diplomats in the national capital but this time it will be arranged on a larger scale.
