Additional District and Session Judge Rajni Yadav granted bail to Ashok on furnishing a Rs 50,000 bail bond.

Two school staff and Ashok's family however claimed he was made a scapegoat since he was poor.

The Central Bureau of Investigation took over the murder case on September 22 and arrested a Class 11 student of the same school on November 8. The arrested 16-year-old has been lodged in Faridabad's observation home.

Ashok was in jail even after the arrest of the school student.
