Ravindra Jadeja misses IPL match to marry fiancé Riva in Rajkot

Gandhinagar: Gujarat Lions’ all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja will not play the next match of Indian Premier League (IPL) against Mumbai Indians as he is ready to enter the wedlock with fiancé Riva Solanki in Rajkot of Gujarat on Sunday.

“Jadeja has not come to Mumbai with the team and will not play today’s match as he is getting married tomorrow,” a source from Gujarat Lions team said.

Highlights:

• Jadeja played well in the match against Rising Pune Supergiants, taking two wickets in his four-over spell.
• The Gujarat Lions team members are expected to attend his wedding reception on Sunday evening.
