Ranbir Kapoor buys flat for a whopping amount of Rs 35 crores

Mumbai: In another big real-estate deal in Tinsel Town, noted actor Ranbir Kapoor has reportedly bought a sprawling apartment in Pali Hill of Mumbai for Rs 35 crore.

“It is being recorded as the biggest transaction in the suburbs based on rate per sq ft which was Rs 1.42 lakh per sq ft,” sources said.

The 2,460 sq ft flat of Ranbir Kapoor is situated on the seventh floor of Vasti Pali Hill, which is the upmarket residential area. The flat is also in a close proximity with the Kapoor’s Krishna Bunglow.

In 2014, actor Abhishek Bachchan paid Rs 41.14 crore for a similar-size apartment on the 37th floor.
