Ram Rahim has illicit relations with adopted daughter, says son-in-law

Lucknow: Dera Sacha Sauda Chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh, who has been sentenced to 10-year imprisonment for raping two sadhvis, was on Monday accused of having sexual relationship with his adopted daughter Hanipreet Insa.

Shockingly, the allegation was made by none other than Vishwas Gupta, the husband of Gurmeet's adopted daughter.

"Gurmeet and my wife had been in a relationship even before our marriage. But to hide his relationship with Hanipreet, he declared her to be his daughter," alleged Vishwasn while talking to a news channel.

"One day I caught the rapist Baba in inappropriate position with his adopted daughter inside his room at the Dera den," he added.

It is worth mentioning that Gurmeet himself had arranged the marriage of Hanipreet and Vishwas on February 14, 1999 in Fatehabad.

Vishwas alleges that the self-styled godman himself used to stay with his wife during his visits to the hotels while he was forced to sleep in a different room.

Significantly, the Dera chief was accompanied by Hanipreet while going to jail after the Special CBI court judge Jagdeep Singh held him guilty in a 15-year-old rape case.

Vishwas also alleges that the Baba wants to keep his adopted daughter with him in the jail as well after being sentenced to 10-year imprisonment. His counsel has argued in court that she is the only one who takes care of his medication.
