New Delhi: The verified Twitter profile of Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday has been hacked by a group of hackers titled themselves as 'Legion'.

The hackers' group has posted obscene and anti-congress posts over the timeline of Rahul Gandhi's twitter account with ID - @OfficeOfRG. They even have changed the Twitter profile name of Rahul Gandhi and removed the display picture.

Nearly 10 tweets appeared in a short while, which were deleted soon after it was posted.

Congress leader Randeep Surjewala took to Twitter to inform about the same. His tweet, which was re-tweeted by Congress' verified handle, read, "@OfficeOfRG hacked. Such lowly tactics will never drown the sane voice of reason nor deter Sh. Rahul Gandhi from raising people's issues."
