PM Modi declares emergency in Delhi, alleges Kejriwal

New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convenor Arvind Kejriwal accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi for creating an emergency like situation in Delhi.

Kejriwal took to twitter to express his displeasure on the arrest of his party MLA Dinesh Mohaniya in an alleged molestation case.
