Mafia turned politico Brajesh Singh refutes joining BJP

Lucknow: Mafia-turned politician Brajesh Singh, the newly elected member of Uttar Pradesh Legislative Council, Friday denied joining the Bharatiya Janata Party in near future.

Brajesh Singh,elected on independent ticket, was administered oath of his post after being brought here from Sahranpur jail. He could not take oath on Wednesday along with 35 other newly-elected members.

• Brajesh Singh thanked his supporters and family for his success.
• He is considered close to BJP.
• Brajesh was shifted to Saharanpur jail from Ghazipur jail in the view of MLC polls recently.
