Light intensity earthquake jolts Himalayan nation Nepal

Kathmandu: The Himalayan nation on Saturday experienced a mild tremor measuring 4.6 on the Richter scale.

According to National Seismological Centre, the quake hit at 1524pm and its epicenter was in Sindhupalchowk, 100km North east of Kathmandu.

• Thousands of aftershocks have followed the last year's deadly April 25earthquake.
• The tremor was an aftershock of last year's deadly earthquake.
